Tell A Story
Using story cards or pictures in therapy is a creative way for us to explore your feelings and experiences through storytelling. Random pictures appear and we’ll build a story around them. This story doesn’t have to be about you directly—it can be about anything you imagine—but as we talk about the characters and situations, you might notice parts that feel familiar or remind you of your own life. The story helps us talk about emotions, decisions, or challenges in a way that feels safe and less overwhelming, giving you space to reflect and find new perspectives without diving straight into difficult topics.
Use the "New Picture" button to capture pictures and start telling your story! You can do this in two ways:
1. You can click once and create a story about that picture, adding another image and then building or changing the story as you continue to add pictures.
2. You can capture up to six pictures at one time, then make up a story about how they all interact.
Use the "Clear Pictures" button to clear the field and start over.
